BEWARE - This movie is just a fraud!  Agreed with me:  7;  Disagreed: 1

There is NO Drama, NO  Suspense, certainly NO Thrill ! Too bad it cannot be rated negatively I would give it a "-10". Let's create a new category "Wasted Time", then it would get the 1st price! A 2 hours wasted.

Any critics and papers that gave a positive review should be taken to court for misleading the public!

France and Algerian history?  Allegoric scenes of nothing... happening till boredom.
Please no excuses! If the “director-writer” has something to say why didn’t it say it!
Abstruse—indecipherable allegories and all the arty-crafty things that you want, are good; but if you put the viewers to sleep by stretching a scene of 30 seconds to 3 or 5 minutes, you do not provide much food for thoughts.

The only credit that I give to this “director-writer” is the ability to get so many people fooled into discussions about so many things that the movie/director-writer did not say or even imagine it could say, and certainly could not have any idea how to present or portray!

Basically the movie script is this:
1- A man - is family, their lives.
2- An impossible/improbable/non-believable invisible stocker
3- Algerian man with son.
4- An impossible/improbable/non-believable brutal death.
5- A 6 seconds too long scene of a naked middle age man... I could’ve watched that in my mirror, no need for a 2 hrs movie!

On the other side… if you want to see this movie and believe that you liked it. First read all the good reviews and the amazing analysis that all the “smart” critics have made… than even you will be able to see and appreciate the king's invisible clothes!

Hey, just my opinion... this is not as important as the "Real Estate" here below.
I am more than happy to hear your point of view, and I will report the count of Pro and Con that I will get.

Who?
Real Estate - Construction of a new 4 stories complex with Units ranging from prices of $133,000 up to $203,000.  Sound quite good indeed!
By Woodside Pointe Developments Inc. "Condominium Residences"
Where? Toronto Standard Condominium Plan to be located at Finch Ave East and Middlefield Rd., Toronto, Ontario
Why?
Be very, very, very, so careful! Agreed with me:  12;  Disagreed: 0

The contract you'll sign was prepared by Aylesworth Thompson Phelan O'Brien. These people know how to write an excellent contract, that does NOT give anything away to the consumers... "quite the opposite".
You will have to
????? Pickup the "Development Charges"
????? Pay their deposit Insurance, if bankrupt
????? Pay extra 2 months "Occupancy Fee" on Closing (in top of 2 extra months of Condo Fees)
???? Delay of start could be up to 24 months (no mention of getting out of deal and getting your money back)
???? Start of construction could be delayed up to Aug 2006
???? Pay the "Cost of Discharge" of their Mortgage
??? Pay of all utilities connections (no mention of Amounts or Cap Amounts)
?? Closing up to 6 months earlier
? Pay for Home Warranty Program
? and much more...
What? Result - you will likely end-up with $thousand$ of extra cost, well over your budget... and no way out.
Options - 1st get a good lawyer to go over the initial contract (I did!).
2nd ask for withdraw of all the "?????" clauses and or addition of the option to exit the contract and get all your money back when any of the "undesired events" occur.
3rd ask to identify all possible costs, and if not possible require for Cap Amounts!
When?
Identified - Jan 2004
Start sell of units in Dec 2003.
Completions for Feb 2005, but could be... let's keep an eye on this!

Ratings Legend -  ????? = Unacceptable; ??? = Changes Required; ? = Be aware of  it
3 Very = Get out if all points are not satisfied! ; 1 Very = Not ideal but
