Consulting and Planning Service
On-Site Service
On site service support means that we will come to your business premises or home to help you with your computer problems. You will not have to bring your faulty computer or equipment to us, we will come to you. For any minor problems we will proceed to repair, upgrade and solve the problem at your site thereby cutting down the time that your computer will be out of action. If the problem is too complex or additional tests are required and they are too disruptive to your business or home environment, then we will take the unit to our shop for servicing. We can sit with your staff or yourself and work out any problems by reviewing the symptoms and the procedures that took place prior to identifying that there was a problem. At a personal level we can show how to avoid usage or procedural problems that may have caused the problem to start with.
On site help can go a lot further that troubleshooting your computer problems. We can be part of your business team, a virtual IT department, on a part-time basis helping you plan your technology solutions, implementing them and ensuring that you are ready for your growth. We can help you to move a computer, enhance you network; upgrade your modems or hubs. We will do any of those operational tasks that would normally be done by a computer operations department.
On site help is as far as a telephone call away. Alternatively, we can set up a maintenance contract whereby we remotely connect to your site every week or month to check your computers setups/performance and do any required adjustment (all remotely).

Data Recovery
When recovering data from an IDE, SATA or SCSI hard disk drive the following procedure is used.
• A full image of the faulty drive is created and stored on our servers. This ensures that should we damage any data during the restore we can step back in time and start the process again from the beginning.
• A copy of the drive image is loaded onto a workstation and the date is interrogated using specialized software tools. Corrupt data can be restored or rebuilt. our data recovery technicians are skilled in restoring corrupt data and rebuilding system areas of the hard drive.
• If restoration fails at this point, we will attempt to reconstruct the data on the drive using deep recovery techniques, rebuilding the data bit by bit. Unless the actual magnetic media within the hard drive is damaged this proves has a very high success rate.
• If the IDE, SCSI or SATA hard drive is physically damaged we will attempt to rebuild the driving unit using new parts. Almost 2/3rd of all data recovery cases we undertake are caused by some form of hardware failure.
• Once we have repaired and recovered the data we will copy the repaired drive image to a hard drive of the customers choosing. We will keep the disk image created in step 1 for a period of 14 days, in case of any short term problems. After 14 days the image will be completely erased.
By following this process of data recovery we are able to restore data in 99% of all data loss cases. We have experienced completing problematic and challenging date recovery tasks for a wide range of private and corporate clients.
